Yoga Trainer
Kiran Mishra
Our lead instructor, Kiran Mishra, is a Certified Yoga Teacher from Rishikesh, with expertise in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. With extensive knowledge of Ayurveda and sound healing, Kiran guides students through challenging sessions that build mental clarity, physical strength, and spiritual growth.

Ashtanga Flow
